/ Basic tidying service is available daily, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. Full cleaning is not offered during the stay.
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;
/ Laundry expenses (bed linen, table, and bath towels) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.
/ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception at the time of check-in. If not requested in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;
