/ Basic tidying is available daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM upon request at the front desk. This service includes bed organization and trash removal. We do not provide complete cleaning during the stay.
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately, at the rate of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium front desk during check-in. If not arranged in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;

/ We are Pet-Friendly (please notify us in advance + add to your reservation);

/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests in order to release access to the property;

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit to the number of places available at the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet your needs.
