The apartment offers various services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ We are pet-friendly (please inform us in advance + add to your reservation);
/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests for property access authorization;
/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after the reservation is confirmed and guest documents are submitted (as required by the building management);
/ The power outlets are 110V and 220V — the 220V outlets are marked in red;
/ Parking is not included,
but the street is peaceful and there is a paid parking lot on Rua Paulistânia, about 150m away (open from 6 am to 10 pm), and others on Rua Jericó, about 400m away;
/ The building's laundry room is not yet available for use, but there are self-service laundromats nearby: Lavateria Fast (R. Sen. César Lacerda Vergueiro, 470 — every day, from 7 am to midnight) and Acqua Express (R. Wisard, 135 — open 24 hours);
/ Shared condominium amenities are available according to the building’s operational status (recently delivered). If you have any questions, please check with us;

Our studio is located in Isla, a newly delivered development by Trisul with a project designed by the international firm Perkins & Will, one of the most modern buildings in Vila Madalena.
The space was designed so you have everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay:

The building is newly delivered, with reception and security. Since it's brand new, some common areas (such as the gym and laundry) are still in the process of being made available by the condominium, but there is self-service laundry and everything you need just steps away. Just ask and we’ll point you in the right direction!
