- Basic tidying is available daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., upon request at the front desk. The service includes making the bed and removing trash. Full cleaning is not provided during the stay;
- Condominium barbecue grill subject to availability (if used, there is a cleaning fee for the area);

- It is necessary to send information for all guests for property access authorization;

- Night court lighting R$ 40.00 per hour *under maintenance*;

- Ofuro -> R$ 60.00 (50 minutes for up to 4 people).
