The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10 AM to 3 PM upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during your stay;
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry charges (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately, at a cost of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, to be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium front desk at check-in. If not reserved in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features a TV, private entrance, free parking, and a nearby laundry facility;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Outlets are 110v;

/ We are pet-friendly (please notify us in advance and add your pet to the reservation);

/ Identification at the entrance: The condominium's internal regulations require all guests to be pre-registered for access authorization. Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we request the full name and CPF of each guest. This information is used only for registration at the entrance, handled according to the General Data Protection Law, and deleted after your stay.

/ Shared condominium amenities are available according to operational availability. If you have any questions, please check with us.

The space was designed to offer comfort in all seasons of the year, being ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy cozy nights around the fireplace, and sunny days with spectacular views. With capacity for up to 8 guests, this apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy a unique stay in Campos do Jordão with their family or group of friends. The house has space for a home office, a private double bathtub with mountain views in the Master Suite and a TV.

Guests have access to all areas of the condominium, including reception and 24-hour services. It is possible to leave bags at reception for greater convenience, in addition to a self check-in system.

The condominium offers a complete structure for guests:
