/ Basic housekeeping is available daily, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. We do not provide a full cleaning during the stay.

/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in;

/ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium front desk upon check-in. If not reserved in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment has a TV, private entrance, free parking, and a laundry facility nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Power outlets are 110v;

/ We are pet-friendly (please notify in advance and include your pet in the reservation);

Car is the best option for those visiting the city, as there is no limit to parking spaces at the hotel and valet service is included. However, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has service available. Ride-sharing and taxi services also meet the needs.
