** Court Restoration Work - Not in Use**

/ Bed linen and towels: Kit included in your stay, but we do not provide exchanges during your reservation;

/ Pool bath towel: 10 reais each;

/ Free parking in the property garage: 2 spaces;

/ Basic tidying is available daily from 10am to 3pm upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed arrangement and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during your stay;

/ Condominium barbecue area subject to availability (a cleaning fee applies if used);

/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests for property access approval;

/ Court lighting at night: R$ 40.00 per hour *under maintenance*;

/ Pets are not allowed;

/ Hot tub -> R$ 60.00 (50 minutes for up to 4 people).

/ **Important Notice:** The condominium pool area will be temporarily closed for maintenance on the following dates:

• **05/04 to 05/28**

• **09/08 to 10/08**

During these periods, the pool will not be available for use, including weekends. This work is necessary for improvements and general maintenance of the area.
