The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. Complete cleaning is not performed during the stay;
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry charges (bed, table, and bath linens) are R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception upon check-in. If not requested in advance, the fee is R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment includes a TV, private entrance, free parking, and nearby laundry facilities;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Electrical outlets are 110v;

/ We are Pet-Friendly (please inform in advance and add to your reservation);

/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests to enable access to the property.

The flat is located in one of the best known neighborhoods of the city, it is close to some tourist attractions such as Ducha de Prata and Pico do Itapeva. It is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the tourist center of the city.

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
