The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic tidying is available daily from 10 am to 3 pm upon request at the reception. The service includes making the bed and removing trash. We do not provide full cleaning during the stay.
/ A crib and playpen are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception at check-in. If not arranged in advance, the cost is R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment is equipped with a TV, private entrance, free parking, and has laundry facilities nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Outlets are 110v;

/ We are pet-friendly (please inform us in advance and add to your reservation);

/ Identification at the gate: the condominium's bylaws require all guests to be registered in advance to grant access. Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we will request the full name and ID number of each guest. This information is used solely for registration at the entrance, processed in accordance with data protection laws, and deleted after your stay.

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
