The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic tidying is available daily from 10 AM to 3 PM upon request at the front desk. The service includes making the bed and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during the stay.
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry fees (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception at check-in. If not requested in advance, the price is R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features a TV, private entrance, free parking, and laundry facilities nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Electrical outlets are 110v;

/ We are pet-friendly (please notify us in advance + add to your reservation);

/ Front desk identification: the condominium’s bylaws require all occupants to be registered in advance for access clearance. Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we will request the full name and CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) of each guest. This information is used solely for gate registration, handled in accordance with LGPD, and deleted after your stay.
