The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. We do not offer full cleaning during the stay.
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately, at the cost of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, to be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but it can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium front desk at check-in. If not requested in advance, the cost will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features TV, private entrance, free parking, and laundry facilities nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue grill;

/ Outlets are 110v;

Guests have access to all areas of the condominium, including reception and 24-hour services. It is possible to leave bags at reception for greater convenience, in addition to a self check-in system.
