/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately, at the cost of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, to be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but it can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium front desk at check-in. If not requested in advance, the cost will be R$75.00 per person;
