The apartment offers various services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ 1 queen bed and 2 auxiliary beds available. Sofa available for seating use only.

/ Basic tidying is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. upon request at the reception. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. Full cleaning is not performed during the stay.

/ Crib and playpen are available upon request;

/ Laundry charges (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but it can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception at check-in. If not requested in advance, the cost will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features a Smart TV, private entrance, free parking, and laundry facilities nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Pets are not allowed;

/ Outlets are 110v;

/ Identification at the gate: the condominium regulations require prior registration of all occupants for access to be granted. After reservation confirmation, we will request the full name and CPF for each guest. The data is used only for gate registration, handled according to data protection regulations, and deleted after the stay.

Car is the best option for those visiting the city, as there is no parking limit at the hotel and valet service is included. However, if you choose to take a bus, the city already offers Uber and Taxi services to meet your needs.
