/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. upon request at the front desk. The service includes making the bed and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during the stay.
/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed linens, table linens, and towels) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception at check-in. If not requested in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features a TV, private entrance, free parking, and nearby laundry facilities;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Power outlets are 110v;

/ We are Pet-Friendly (please notify in advance + add to your reservation);

/ Identification at the gate: the condominium's internal regulations require all guests to be registered in advance to grant access. Therefore, after booking confirmation, we request the full name and CPF of each guest. This information is used only for registration at the gate, handled according to the LGPD, and deleted after your stay.
