The apartment offers several services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

- Cleaning is carried out daily, from 10am to 3pm, and is included in the stay.

- Cot and playpen are available upon request;

- Laundry expenses (bed, table and bath linen) are charged separately, in the amount of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

- Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment directly at the condominium reception upon check-in. If you are not notified in advance, the cost will be R$75.00 per person;

- The apartment has a TV, private entrance, free parking and laundry facilities nearby;

- There is also a shared barbecue;

- Sockets are 110v;

- We are Pet-Friendly (indicate in advance)!

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
