The apartment offers various services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed organization and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during the stay;

/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry expenses (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately, at a rate of R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the condominium reception upon check-in. If not requested in advance, the price will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features TV, private entrance, free parking, and laundry nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Outlets are 110v;

/ We are pet-friendly (please inform us in advance + add to your reservation);

/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests for property approval;

/ Shared-use condominium amenities are available as per operational availability. If you have any questions, please check with us.

Note: There are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 suite has a shower.

With capacity for up to 5 guests, this apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy a unique stay in Campos do Jordão with their family or group of friends.

Guests have access to all areas of the condominium, including reception and 24-hour services. It is possible to leave bags at reception for greater convenience, in addition to a self check-in system.

The condominium offers a complete structure for guests:

The flat is located in one of the best known neighborhoods of the city, it is close to some tourist attractions such as Ducha de Prata and Pico do Itapeva. It is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the tourist center of the city.

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
