The apartment offers a range of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed tidying and trash removal. Full cleaning is not provided during the stay.

/ Cribs and playpens are available upon request;

/ Laundry fees (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, payable before check-in.

/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, with payment made directly at the building's reception during check-in. If not requested in advance, the cost will be R$75.00 per person;

/ The apartment features TV, private entrance, free parking, and a laundry facility nearby;

/ There is also a shared barbecue area;

/ Power outlets are 110v;

/ We are Pet-Friendly (please notify us in advance and add to your reservation);

/ Identification at the entrance: the building’s regulations require prior registration of all occupants for access authorization. Therefore, after booking confirmation, we ask for the full name and ID number of each guest. This information is used solely for registration at the entrance, handled according to data protection laws, and deleted after your stay.

The flat is located in one of the best known neighborhoods of the city, it is close to some tourist attractions such as Ducha de Prata and Pico do Itapeva. It is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the tourist center of the city.

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
