The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ Basic housekeeping is available daily from 10am to 3pm, upon request at the front desk. The service includes bed arrangement and trash removal. We do not provide full cleaning during the stay.
/ Crib and playpen are available upon request;
/ Laundry costs (bed, table, and bath linens) are charged separately at R$25.00 per guest, regardless of age, and must be paid before check-in.
/ Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for R$55.00 per meal, payable directly at the condo reception at check-in. If not requested in advance, the cost is R$75.00 per person;
/ The apartment features a TV, private entrance, free parking, and nearby laundry facilities;
/ There is also a shared barbecue area;
/ Outlets are 110v;
/ We are Pet-Friendly (please notify in advance + add to your reservation);

The flat is located in one of the best known neighborhoods of the city, it is close to some tourist attractions such as Ducha de Prata and Pico do Itapeva. It is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the tourist center of the city.

Car is the best option for those looking for the city, as there is no limit on vacancies in the hotel and there is a valet service included, however, if you choose to use the bus, the city already has Uber and Taxi that meet the needs.
