The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ The apartment features a smart TV, air conditioning, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, a compact kitchen, induction cooktop, and refrigerator;

/ Identification at the reception: the condominium's internal regulations require the prior registration of all occupants for access authorization. Therefore, after the reservation is confirmed, we request the full name and identification number of each guest. This information is used solely for registration at the reception, handled in accordance with data protection laws, and deleted after the stay.

/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after the reservation is confirmed and the guests' documents are provided (as required by the condominium);

/ The outlets are 110v and 220v — the 220v outlets are marked in red;

/ Parking is not included, but the street is quiet and there is paid parking on Rua Paulistânia, about 150m away (open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.), as well as others on Rua Jericó, about 400m away;

/ The building's laundry facility is not yet available, but there are self-service laundromats nearby: Lavateria Fast (R. Sen. César Lacerda Vergueiro, 470 — open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight) and Acqua Express (R. Wisard, 135 — open 24 hours);

/ Shared condominium amenities are available according to the building's operational release (recently completed). If you have any questions, please check with us;

/ Parties and events are not allowed, in compliance with condominium rules;

/ If you have any questions before or during your stay, our team responds quickly through this channel.

Our studio is located in Isla Vila Madalena, a newly delivered development by Trisul, with architectural design signed by the renowned international firm Perkins&Will.

Modern, functional, and carefully prepared to accommodate up to 2 guests, the space features a double bed, air conditioning, a compact kitchen, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether for leisure or work.

The location is one of its main highlights: we are just a few minutes' walk from Vila Madalena Station, making it easy to access different areas of São Paulo, and we are close to the gastronomy, bars, and cultural life of Vila Madalena.

If you are coming to São Paulo for games, concerts, or events, Nubank Parque — formerly Allianz Parque and home of Palmeiras — is just a few minutes away.

The building is new and offers modern amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities, coworking space, and shared areas that make your stay even more convenient.

Vila Madalena is considered one of the neighborhoods with the best quality of life in São Paulo, and also one of the most charming. It's the kind of place where you can do everything on foot: bakery, markets, pharmacies, cafés, and some of the city's best bars and restaurants.

A few minutes' walk will take you to:

• Beco do Batman — the most famous urban art corridor in Brazil • Bars and restaurants on Aspicuelta and Girassol streets • Art galleries, studios, and design shops • Benedito Calixto Square (with an antiques fair every Saturday, in Pinheiros) • Incredible artisan bakeries just steps away: Panadero (Rua Harmonia, ~100m), De Lá do Pão and Tu És Pão — in addition to Santa Marta Pães, open every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. • Minuto Pão de Açúcar on Rua Paulistânia itself, and Mercado duBairro near the metro for everyday shopping • 24-hour convenience stores (OXXO) at the metro exit and on Heitor Penteado, for any late-night emergency • High-end restaurants on Rua Harmonia, such as NOMO (recommended by the Michelin Guide) and Tau Cozinha • Charming specialty coffee places, like Cupping Café and Café Locomotiva • Self-service laundromats nearby (including a 24-hour option)

And by subway (100m from home), you have quick access to Paulista Avenue, MASP, the Oscar Freire area, and Jardins. Pinheiros, Faria Lima, and Villa-Lobos Park are also just minutes away.

Subway: Vila Madalena station (Line 2-Green) is 100 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. From there, you can reach Avenida Paulista (Consolação station) directly in approximately 10 minutes.

Car/ride apps: Ride-hailing services work very well in the area. There is no parking spot at the apartment, but the street is quiet and there is paid parking available on Rua Paulistânia itself (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.);

Bus: Several lines serve the nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to different areas of the city.

Airports: Congonhas Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos Airport (GRU) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Bus terminals: Barra Funda bus station is about 15 minutes away by car (or 3 subway stations with one transfer); Tietê bus station is approximately 25 minutes away.

The neighborhood has many bike lanes and cycling paths—ideal for exploring by bicycle or rental scooter.
