/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after booking confirmation and receipt of guest information, as required by the condominium;

/ The property does not include a parking space. Paid parking options are available on Rua Paulistânia and nearby streets;

Subway: Vila Madalena station (Line 2-Green) is 100 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. From there, you can reach Avenida Paulista (Consolação station) directly in approximately 10 minutes.

Car/ride-hailing: Ride-hailing services work very well in this area. There is no parking space at the apartment, but the street is quiet and there is parking available on Rua Paulistânia itself (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.);

Bus: Several lines serve the nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to different parts of the city.

Airports: Congonhas Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos Airport (GRU) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Bus stations: Barra Funda is about 15 minutes away by car (or 3 subway stops with one transfer); Tietê is approximately 25 minutes away.

The neighborhood has many bike lanes and cycling paths—ideal for exploring by bicycle or rental scooter.
