/ Space for work and shared area for meetings;

/ The property has both 110V and 220V outlets;

/ Identification at the entrance: the building’s policy requires prior registration of all occupants for access approval. Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we ask for each guest’s full name and CPF. The information is used solely for registration at the entrance, handled in accordance with the LGPD, and deleted after your stay.

/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after your reservation is confirmed and we receive the guests' information, as required by the condominium;

/ The property does not include a parking space. There are paid parking options available on Rua Paulistânia and nearby;

/ Parties or events are not allowed, in accordance with the condominium rules;

/ Before and during your stay, our team will be available to help and respond quickly through the platform chat.

Our studio is located in Isla Vila Madalena, a recently completed development by Trisul, featuring architectural design by the renowned international firm Perkins&Will.

If you are coming to São Paulo for games, shows, or events, Nubank Parque — formerly Allianz Parque and home to Palmeiras — is only a few minutes away.

Vila Madalena is considered one of the neighborhoods with the best quality of life in São Paulo, and also one of the most charming. It’s a place where you can do everything on foot: bakeries, markets, pharmacies, cafés, and some of the city's best bars and restaurants.

Subway: Vila Madalena station (Line 2-Green) is 100 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. From there, you can reach Avenida Paulista (Consolação station) directly in approximately 10 minutes.

Car/rideshare apps: Ride-hailing services work very well in the area. There is no parking space at the apartment, but the street is quiet and there is a paid parking lot about 150 meters away, on Rua Paulistânia itself (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.), as well as other options on Rua Jericó, approximately 400 meters away.

Bus: Several routes serve the nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to different regions of the city.

Airports: Congonhas Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos Airport (GRU) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Bus stations: Barra Funda is about 15 minutes away by car (or 3 subway stations with one transfer); Tietê is approximately 25 minutes away.

The neighborhood has many bike lanes and cycling paths — perfect for exploring by bike or rental scooter.
