Just minutes away are some of the main attractions of the area, such as Batman Alley, the bars and restaurants on Aspicuelta, Harmonia, and Girassol streets, art galleries, studios, and design shops. Pinheiros and Benedito Calixto Square are also close by.

Car/rideshare: Rideshare services work very well in the area. There is no parking space at the apartment, but the street is quiet, and there is a parking lot on Rua Paulistânia itself (from 6 AM to 10 PM);

Bus: Several lines serve the nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to different areas of the city.

Airports: Congonhas Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos Airport (GRU) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Bus stations: Barra Funda is about 15 minutes away by car (or 3 subway stations with a transfer); Tietê is approximately 25 minutes away.
