/ The property has both 110V and 220V outlets;

/ Identification at the entrance: the internal regulations require the prior registration of all occupants to allow access. Therefore, after your booking is confirmed, we will request the full name and ID number of each guest. This information is used solely for registration at the entrance, handled in accordance with the data protection law, and deleted after your stay.

/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after the reservation is confirmed and guest information is received, as required by the condominium;

/ The property does not include a parking space. Paid parking alternatives are available on Rua Paulistânia and nearby;

/ Parties or events are not allowed, according to condominium rules;

/ Before or during your stay, our team will be available to assist and respond quickly via the platform chat.

The location is one of our greatest advantages: we are just a few minutes' walk from Vila Madalena Station, making it easy to access different areas of São Paulo. We are also close to the gastronomy, bars, and cultural life of Vila Madalena.

If you're coming to São Paulo for games, concerts, or events, Nubank Parque—the former Allianz Parque and home of Palmeiras—is just a few minutes away.

Subway: Vila Madalena station (Line 2-Green) is 100 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. From there, you can reach Avenida Paulista (Consolação station) directly in approximately 10 minutes.

Car/ride-hailing apps: Ride-hailing services work very well in the area. There is no parking space available at the apartment, but the street is quiet and there is a parking lot on Rua Paulistânia itself (from 6 am to 10 pm);

Bus: Several bus lines serve the nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to different areas of the city.

Airports: Congonhas Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos Airport (GRU) is approximately 45 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Bus stations: Barra Funda is about 15 minutes away by car (or 3 subway stations with one transfer); Tietê is approximately 25 minutes away.

The neighborhood has many bike lanes and cycling paths — ideal for exploring by bicycle or rental scooter.
