The apartment offers a variety of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay:

/ The apartment features a Smart TV, air conditioning, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, a compact kitchen with an air fryer, induction cooktop, and refrigerator;

/ We are pet-friendly (please notify us in advance and add this option to your booking);

/ It is necessary to provide information for all guests to approve access to the property;

/ Check-in and access instructions are sent after booking confirmation and submission of guest documents (required by the building management);

/ Outlets are 110v and 220v — the 220v outlets are marked in red;

/ Parking is not included, but the street is quiet and there is paid parking on Rua Paulistânia, about 150m away (open from 6am to 10pm), and more options on Rua Jericó, about 400m away;

/ The building’s laundry room has not yet been opened by the management, but there are self-service laundromats nearby: Lavateria Fast (R. Sen. César Lacerda Vergueiro, 470 — open daily from 7am to midnight) and Acqua Express (R. Wisard, 135 — open 24 hours);

/ Shared condominium amenities are available based on the building’s operational approval (recently completed). If you have questions, please ask us;

/ Parties and events are not allowed, in accordance with the condominium’s rules;

Our studio is located in Isla, a newly delivered development by Trisul with a project designed by the international firm Perkins & Will, one of the most modern buildings in Vila Madalena.

The space was designed so you have everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay:

The building is newly delivered, with reception and security. Because it’s brand-new, some common areas (such as the gym and laundry room) are still being released by the condominium, but there is a self-service laundry nearby and everything you need is just steps away—just ask, and we’ll be happy to help!

Vila Madalena is considered one of the neighborhoods with the best quality of life in São Paulo, and also one of the most charming. It’s the kind of place where you can do everything on foot: bakeries, markets, pharmacies, cafés, and some of the city’s best bars and restaurants.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find:

• Beco do Batman — the most famous urban art corridor in Brazil • Bars and restaurants on Aspicuelta and Girassol streets • Art galleries, studios, and design shops • Benedito Calixto Square (antiques fair on Saturdays, in Pinheiros) • Amazing artisan bakeries just steps away: Panadero (Rua Harmonia, ~100m), De Lá do Pão, and Tu És Pão — in addition to Santa Marta Pães, open daily from 6am to 10pm • Minuto Pão de Açúcar on Rua Paulistânia and Mercado duBairro near the subway for everyday groceries • 24-hour convenience stores (OXXO) at the subway exit and on Heitor Penteado, for any late-night emergency • Top-tier restaurants on Rua Harmonia, such as NOMO (recommended by the Michelin Guide) and Tau Cozinha • Charming specialty cafés, like Cupping Café and Café Locomotiva • Self-service laundromats nearby (one is open 24 hours)

And with the subway just 100m from home, you can quickly reach Avenida Paulista, MASP, the Oscar Freire area, and Jardins. Pinheiros, Faria Lima, and Villa-Lobos Park are also just minutes away.

Subway: Vila Madalena station (Line 2-Green) is 100m away—about a 3-minute walk. From there, you go straight to Avenida Paulista (Consolação station) in around 10 minutes.

Car/rideshare apps: Ridesharing services work very well in the area. There is no parking spot included with the apartment, but the street is peaceful, and there is a paid parking lot about 150m away on Rua Paulistânia (6am to 10pm), with others on Rua Jericó about 400m away.

Bus: Several bus lines run along nearby avenues (Heitor Penteado and Cerro Corá), connecting the neighborhood to the whole city.

Airports: Congonhas is about 30–40 minutes away by car; Guarulhos (GRU) is about 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Bus stations: Barra Funda is about 15 minutes by car (or 3 subway stops with a transfer); Tietê is about 25 minutes away.

The neighborhood is full of bike lanes and cycling paths—perfect for exploring by bike or with a rental scooter.
